problems with office for web apps 2010 on sharepoint

i have sharepoint 2010. i localized sharepoint on serbian cyrilic and i created site collection. then i installed office web apps 2010. but i have a problem. when i start word document from web browser nothing happened. i searched traffic with the fiddler i found that in my site location there'are not in layouts/inc folder 3098 then folder 1074. i copyied folder 1074 and rename them but i receive error that Word Web App cannot open this document because unexpected error. what i do how made this folder 3098 or redirect on 1074 folder?
