People picker not result user from AD while creating site collection in central admin.

I have installed fresh standalone SharePoint 2010, when tried to create new site collection people picker not able to get users from AD. Tried lot of things like adding user using stsadm command, add user as Apppoll identity.

Is there any configuration that i missed while creating site collection.
