Archiving large number of list items to another list

Hello Experts

Have some lists with each having items more than 5000.

Now I want to apply some policy which should move data from each list to an archival list in some other sitecollection.

How can this be achieved?

I am trying to use information management policies & creating send to connection. But still not very clear.
