Multilingual configuration Sharepoint 2010

Hello to everyonewhile configuring SP 2010 faced with problem in multilingual support.

the situation is as following - i have SP 2010 Standart edition (i think). i need to create multilingual portal (3 languages). On my site i have some lists (like News and Discussions) supposed to be displayed and translated, also i have some lists with workflows. list with workflows must be also translated.

i do not need to translate content of the list automatically (i have all each field in 3 language). as i know there are tow options:

1. MUI

2. Varations

but with every option i have some issues:

1. MUI - in case of using MUIs i can not localize page titles. so if the page is created as "Values" i am not able to rename it for Ukrainian or Russian at the same time (but it works for Home page somehow)

also i can not translate text in Content Editor web-part, so this text is always on single language

for lists needed to be translated i created different views (like English, Russian and Ukrainian) but i can not place English view for EN localization, russian for Ru localization and Ukrainian for UA

2. in case i go fo Variation option the problem with content synchronisation

- i have lists with workflows on them, so within all localizations the lists should be unique (if user uses Ru locale and create list item, starting workflow,  approver using Eng version must see new item with all the workflow on this item).

So for ow i am looking forward for some advise how to configure multilingual option for my task in proper way.

Regards Pavel
