How to include masterpage visual studio 2010

Hello, everyone!

I'm interested about that: if i want include in project v4.master (SharePoint 2010 master page) and use them in my project solution as master page all solutions pages how can I do this? I use MS VS 2010 for create my solution.

Maybe my question in the wrong section, I apologize in advance if so.

And maybe you now... I'm add application page in my solution, but i cant display synchronize view (code with design). Options in VS all in normal. Why I cant do this action?
