Cross FARM user profile service/sync setup (SP 2013 is Publishing FARM and SP 2010 is Consuming FARM)

Need your expert advice/help…

I am following below article and setting up the cross farm user profile sync job setup from SP 2013 is Publishing FARM and SP 2010 is Consuming FARM :

I am successfully able to configure the same in consuming farm  and proxy is listed as per below

But after this setup I am getting below error in consuming farm

UI Error-

A network -related or instance -specific error occured while establishing a connection to sql server. the server was not found and not accessible

verify that the instance name is correct and that sql server is configured to allow remote connections

Event viewer error-

Failure trying to synch web application 55ef05ab-023c-4a40-8b1e-84b98a712d13, ContentDB 554fd903-8af1-4447-9dc1-9e4b827fd73d  Exception message was Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.UserProfileApplicationNotAvailableException: No User Profile Application available to service the request. Contact your farm administrator.

   at Microsoft.Office.Server.Administration.UserProfileApplicationProxy.get_ApplicationProperties()

   at Microsoft.Office.Server.Administration.UserProfileApplicationProxy.get_PerfmonInstanceHandle()

   at Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.ContentDBSynchronizer..ctor(ELogType logType, SPContentDatabase cdb, SPJobState jobState)

   at Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.WSSProfileSyncJob.Execute()
