Hello,
I'm going through the steps to install PowerPivot for SharePoint. When it comes time to install PowerPivot, it's states its already installed. It fails the "Single instance requirement" - 'Power Pivot is already installed on this computer. You canot install a second instance.'
I've inherited this SharePoint 2010 environment and I'm not sure what folks before me have done. It appears to be consistant in our Test, Stage, and Production systems.
The WSP's are missing and the PowerPivot configuration tool is also missing (which I heard can fix a bad install).
Is there a way I can configure my server in to thinking that PowerPivot is not install (i.e. reg mod) so I can "repair" it. I did look in the SQL Tools folder to see if I can locate the WSPs
SharePoint2010 SP1 with June 2013 CU
SQL 2008 R2

Jim
