My sharepoint has become very slow, links load very slow and sometimes unresponsive so I tried to investigate and found below jobs as running all the time.
Below Jobs are showing as running all the time, To get rid of them I puposely tried to disable all, now all are showing pausing.
I need to do IIS reset all the time, and I cannot understand the logs as well, sorry for my ignorance, please can someone help.
