Access Services 2010 Reports are not enabled, To view the report, open the report in the Access Client

We are running a SharePoint 2013 Farm. We are running Access Services 2010 and SQL Server Reporting Services.

We have an Access report deployed to a web application. It seems to work fine when deployed to one of our other farms, but when deployed to one particular farm we get the following error:

Sorry, something went wrong

Access Services 2010 reports are not enabled. To view the report, open the report in the Access client.

I've tried re-provisioning Access Services and SQL Server Reporting Services; however, this doesn't seem to have made a difference. The error seems to indicate that I need to enable Access Services 2010 Reports, but I can't see where to do this.

Even with verbose logging enabled I don't see anything helpful in the ULS logs.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? I've noticed some posts on the Office 365 forum, but our environments are all on premises.

Thank you
