Excel file can't View in SharePoint 2010 Error Mesg: Display of formulas in cells

Hi, I am trying to view a dashboard designed in excel 2010 and uploaded in SharePoint 2010

A error mesg. occured.

"The workbook cannot be opened because it contains the following features that are not supported by Excel in browser:  Display of formulas in cells

The excel file contains slicers (linking to both pivot tables/charts).  Other more complex formulas included (Getpivotdata, vlookup,index,match, sumif,countif)   No data validation, no array, no macro, no vba.

Excel Services was not used. The file was "save and send" directly on desktop and then uploaded to shared doc online (with slicer parameters selected)

Not all end user has Excel 2010. Thus it make sense to use the the share point web browser method of distribution for a dashboard that containes slicers (new feature in 2010).

My knowledge with SharePoint is limited. Please help me figure out the best way to make this work.

BTW: all the other excel files with simple construction (relational reports) are working fine.
