CRM 2011 - SharePoint 2010 Document Management Error on Create Folder-- IE vs. Chrome

Hi there...

We have installed the crmlistcomponent.wsp on our SharePoint server, and have successfully established communication with CRM 2011 for Document Management.  All functionality works perfectly when we use Chome.  All functions work in IE except for creating entity folders and record folders from within CRM 2011. 

Issue:
From IE, set up “document Management Settings” runs for a long time without ending successfully. From Google Chrome, setup is running fine.

Our platform is SPS2010 SP2 with CRM 2011 Roll up 16
We have deactivated/activated the crmlistcomponent, and restarted the Sandbox service.

Any help will be appreciated since our users would like to use IE with CRM 2011.
