how sqlserver recongnise the every document from rbsstorage to alldocstreams table

Hi

what is the diffrence between AllDocstreams  and alldocs tables,

2) if content db rbs enabled , if any user upload document , the entry goes to two tables

and rbsid has some value and  this doc goes to rbsstorage, and i want to know here

this rbsid in alldocstreams table  diffrent thant the filename  stored in rbs folder

here how sqlserver  recongnise the  every document  from rbsstorage to alldocstreams table,
