Measure average time a video posted is being watched

SharePoint 2010 + SP2, 2 WFEs, 3 App servers ,1 DB server

We post videos on intranet. Management wants to know how much time users are using actually watching a video posted. They are less interested in knowing how many times a video is accessed. In default web analytics reports I do not see any way to get this information.

Is there any way? Even PowerShell?
