how to enable rbs in sql server and sharepoint in one server

Hi

I  have sharepoint 2010 farm both sql servaer and sharepoint running in one server

I created a webapplication and want to enable RBS

I did the enable Filestream

and run the

msiexec /qn /lvx* rbs_install_log.txt /i RBS.msi TRUSTSERVERCERTIFICATE=true FILEGROUP=PRIMARY DBNAME="WSS_Content" DBINSTANCE="DBInstance Name" FILESTREAMFILEGROUP=RBSFilestreamProvider FILESTREAMSTORENAME=FilestreamProvider_1

commands in server but  rbs tables are not created
