People Search Options- Search By Manager and Search By Assistant fields are not working as expected.

Below is the issue description.

1.If we search the field By Manager  in the People Search webpart ,  When we enter Michael Goodof’s name, we expect to find people who report to him, however only Michael Goodof’s profile appeared.

2.If we search the fieldin the People Search webpart  , When we enter Rebekah Duncan’s name, we expect to find people who have Rebekah listed as their admin, however only Rebekah Duncan’s profile appeared.
