Event id 8010 - Document Management Server

Still got issues with this 8010 event id :

"Content Organizer processing for site http://mysite/personal/<username> encountered an error.  Error:  Exception of type 'System.ArgumentException' was thrown."

and this:

"Content Organizer processing for site http://mysite encountered an error.  Error:  Exception of type 'System.ArgumentException' was thrown."

I've followed this: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff808318.aspx  where it's stated 8010:

"A file that was created by using a new version of Office client or Word Services has been encountered. Please visit http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=157217 to download the latest Word Automation Services converter. Use the latest converter to make sure that newer Office documents are converted at the highest level of quality possible."

I then downloaded the SDK - but it's not clear how I install the latest Word automation from the sdk.... (and how come I need this one - the user has only word 2003 and PDF files uploaded and why are the error thrown on the top mysite ??
