Performance dashboard Designer issue

Hello,

I have come across one strange issue while configuring Performance dashboard designer. PPS is configured properly by referring MS Article in our sharepoint 2010 environment. And our sharepoint farm has 2 WFEs which are load balanced in Rackspace (Infrastructure is on cloud RackspacE).

Issue is when accessing the dashboard designer within WFE server with load balancer URL, it works and open perfectly. When we try to open the same URL in client machine with Load balancer URL, it throws following error

"the URL is not available does not reference a sharepoint site or you do not have permission to connect".

Moreover, the other strange thing is, when try to access it with server name over client machine, it works. Only with Load balancer URL it is not working and saying access denied.

Could anyone help?
