Error while upgradation of wss 3.0 site to SharePoint Foundation 2010

Hi,

I am upgrading the site from WSS 3.0 to SharePoint Foundation 2010. I restore the content database of wss 3.0 site into sql server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition. Then through stsadm addcontentdb command I try to attach the site made in SharePoint Foundation 2010. It shows upgraded 100% with the following errors.

The feature with Id [c738c8e8-04f7-4556-9f80-46c87de4ac32] is referenced in the database [WSSConetentDB], but is not installed on the current farm. The missing feature may cause upgrade to fail. Please install any solution which contains the feature and restart upgrade if necessary.

Please let me know how to remove this error getting at the time upgradation.
