Check if specific user profile has photo configured.

Hello All,

I'm working on a SharePoint script currently to configure user photos, and I do not want to overwrite currently configured photos.  Problem is, I'm not sure how to check if this ["PictureURL"] member has data or not.  I'm guessing this is easy to check and I'm just missing something.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
