Access Denied Error - Managing SharePoint Account Password from Central Admin

Getting Access denied error when I try to configure automatic password change within SharePoint 2010.

Setting I choose -

-Change Password now

-Generate new password

-Enable automatic password change

-0 days before the expiry policy is enforced

-Monthly 5 AM first Saturday
