SiteOrphan Issue after SP1

Hello,  I've just completed an upgrade to SP1 in 2010 and have two errors in the MySite content databases.

Firstly, we have a number of orphan sites.  How do we go about deleting these?  STSADM doesn't seem to be available, all the searching I've done refers to that.

Secondly, we have a few sites that appear in two content databases (we have two for our MySite provision).  The log says 'Consider deleting one of the sites which have conflicting URLs' but I have no idea how to do this, and moreover don't know which database is currently being used by the Site.
