Power Shell command to set SharePoint Designer Settings option in Site Collection Administration settings

Hi

is there possible to use SharePoint Power Shell command to set to set SharePoint Designer Settings option in Site Collection Administration settings?

I have over a hundred site collections so if there is a way to use command line to script out a change and apply to all the site collection will be much easier than using the browser settings page for each site collection

Any suggestion or solution to this will be greatful
