Web Application Management and Configuring AAM

Hello, 

I just started to work on a new project. They already setup the SharePoint 2010 Farm with 1wfe, 1app, and 1 db server. I found that there are so many problems, and I need some help to solve them. 

First of all, there are two hits on application server. When I go to Web Application Management, I see that

SharePoint 80 - http://appserver1

Central Admin - http://appserver1:9999

SharePoint 80 should be on wfe server! How can I fix it?

Secondly, 

Current AAM settings;

For SharePoint 80 (There are some problems)

http://appserver1 is default zone and public url is http://appserver1

http://servername is intranet zone and public url is http://servername

For Central Admin

http://appserver1:9999 is default zone and public url is http://appserver1:9999

There are some problems, but I am not sure how to solve them. I will be appreciated with any help.
