SharePoint 2010 CAL

Hi,

I was asked to generate the report for current SharePoint 2010 CAL usage. 

Is there any way to generate the CAL usage(user based)?

What occurs when a CAL threshold is reached? Will users be presented with an error?

How many users can access the servers ?
How many remote users have access to the servers ?
How many test users is related to servers ?
What is the type of license?
