Got the error while using SPSITEDATAQUERY

Hi Everyone,

I am using CAML query to read all library items from SiteCollection.

Using SPSITEDATAQUERY here. I got the below error.

"The query cannot be completed because the number of lists in the query exceeded the allowable limit. For better results, limit the scope of the query to the current site or list or use a custom column index to help reduce the number of lists."

I searched in google regarding this, there is a limit in getting those is 1000.

So is there any possibility to get all library items from SiteCollection level.
