Backup Farm: copy User Profile Synchronization Connections settings

I have a production farm connected to three domains, and want to recreate these in a backup farm. UPRE seems like overkill.

In production, I clicked the dropdown in Synchronization Settings, and found Edit Connection Filters, but didn't find the equivalent information that I'll need to Add new synchronization connection (Forest name, Containers). Is this info available in CA?
