Migration from Sharepoint 3.0 on SBS 2008 to Sharepoint 2010 on a separate server

Good morning all,

I have recently installed Sharepoint 2010 on a single server(no farm) I am trying to get an idea on how to redirect the links from my SBS 2008 box to my new SP server. 

I still have the abs in play I just want to use Sharepoint on a separate box. Any help would be appreciated.
