new site collection unable to login

HI

i created a new site collection in existing  webapplication

tat webapp has claims authentication and enable annonymous acess , 

but when i login to the new site collection in a server in same domain , it always asking 

user name and password , even for spfarm user

what is problem?

i used to login http://wfe2/sites/bitest

and unable to login , borwser shows not file found

and with ip its able to login http://10.170.2.1/sites/bitest , but it keep asking username and password
