SharePoint server 2010 sp2 Backup and Restore problem

Hi all

i have upgrade my sharepoint farm to sp2 ,with version number: 14.0.7015.1000, after that i try to take granular backup for site collection

since i make restore i have got this error msg :

Restore-SPSite : Your backup is from a different version of Microsoft SharePoin
t Foundation and cannot be restored to a server running the current version. Th
e backup file should be restored to a server with version '4.0.145.0' or later.

i ran psconfig.exe and it didn't work and i try to use STSADM.EXE from cmd and also didn't work

after that i try Upgrade-SPContentDatabase command and i got these error msg:

The content database could not be found.

also i ran psconfig.exe and it didn't work.

any help please i try all solutions i found and it didn't work.

Note that i use RBS with SQL Server 2008.
