If I stop inheriting permission in subsite from parent site, it takes very long and at the end I get error. But Inherit Permissions is very quickly. on root site there are a sharepoint group including one AD group with 1500 users. perhaps the bad performance is due to this large group. How can I workaround it? Thanks!
