User Property is not getting updated for user after full synchronization

Hello,

I am getting strange behaviour of UPS , not sure whats the root.

AD property ( Email ID ) has been changed for User1 , however after full sync it didnt updated in UPS.

I checked in MIIS client - I couldnt find User1 in updates.

Can anyone please let me know what can be the issue?
