SP2010 custom timer job - Run Now problem

Hi,

I have tried to run timer job manually using "Run Now" button. Run Now not fires / working.

But timer jobs works fine based on the scheduled time.

SharePoint Version: SharePoint server 2010 (14.0.7123.5000)
