Error Starting Search Query and Site Settings Service

Problem: Cannot Start "Search Query and Site Settings Service" :
"The Trust relationship between the primary domain and the trusted domain failed"


Background: 
Currently my team is developing on SP2010 in my dummy domain network.
client requested me to put all developing content to another SIT integrating their production domain network of AD2003

so I cloned my developing WFE & SQL VM to client's SIT server,
did all hostname rename, join new domain, change Farm Admin account, update service account password....
followed this link:

All web is up and running on the SIT servers, except the search service....


If “Start” Clicked, the error occurred and cannot start it:
Search Query and Site Settings Service cannot be started, error :
"The trust relationship between the primary domain and the trusted domain failed. 
Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft SharePoint Foundation.
Correlation ID: 5d168aca-4b53-4bdb-bd62-45897762edb0
Date and Time: 9/22/2014 4:43:03 PM"

Followed the Correlation ID to search in Logs, but no useful info found



seeing error also on the page of Search Service Application, cannot connect to administration componet:
"The search service is not able to connect to the machine that hosts the administration component. Verify that the administration component '95e063df-c3f6-454a-9bad-b5281356e52f' in search application 'Search Service Application 1' is in a good state and try again"



it've been 2 weeks, i had came across so many links and forums, none of them saved me....
