Incoming Email Error on Calendar List - Value cannot be null. Parameter name: stream.

I am getting an error on Calendar List enabled Email Only. It works for all other list types but Calendar.

Yes, i did create a meeting request and not an email.

Value cannot be null. Parameter name: stream is the error in the event log. i googled it and found the same answer over over, which is to set MAPI rich text format property to Never. I also set the mAPIRecipeint to false and set the internetEncoding to whatever it is supposed to be. I renamed the calendar but nothing works.

I created brand new webApp, site collection and that does not work.

Any other ideas ?
