User Profile will not syncronize profile

Hello,

I have a problem with UPS.

My college and I are in the grout at our company, also in the same Active Directory OU. Now changes where made at this OU at AD.

His account will be syncronized at UPS, if I delete them and make a full import, the user will be added automatically at profile service.

My profile will be not syncronized. I only can add my profile to UPS over maneull way.

There are more accounts, that will not be automatically add to UPS.

Now my question, how can I check this situation or how can i troubleshot this?
