Edit Approval Workflow Email Body

Is it possible to add approve/reject buttons in die email body of a document approval workflow? I have a document approval workflow and require attachments to be emailed to users that have no access to SharePoint document library. 

User requires copy of the document,but need to approve or reject the document without accessing SharePoint site. Is something like this possible?
