Upgraded My Sites shows old content, after sync?

Hi, I upgraded my MOSS 2007 My Sites to SharePoint 2010 from an old backup.

Now after I successfully Sync user profiles, it still shows me old content on my profile page. (E.g. My manager name is old who has left company a few months ago). New changes definitely exist in AD.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks so much.
