Sharepoint 2010 configuration

Hello,

I am working on building a sharepoint 2010 architecture consisting of 4 servers (SQL, admin running central admin, WFE1, WFE2). All the servers are inside the network but WFE2 is the DMZ. I have successfully built SQL, Admin and joined WFE1 to the farm. But when I am trying to join WFE2 I am facing issues. I have copied couple of errors from the log generated after I ran configuration wizard.  

I have verified that all the features and service pack updates are same on WFE1 and WFE2

I would appreciate any suggestions

I have found one more error when scrolled through the log file

 Task configdb has failed with an unknown exception

The license state for the current server doesn't match the farm's license state.
