change or move existing sharepoint 2010 farm to new domain

HI

sharepoint 2010 is installed in a physical server and that server is in domain, 

and now i have requirement to move this farm to a new domain with new IP

how i do that?

note:this is a fresh installation only in that physical server

I installed sharepoint binaries and created sharepoint config database in sql server ,

sql server also in same server
