Update-SPSolution Powershell command deploys solution on only one server

Hello,

I have a small two server farm.

When I deploy a solution to farm from a web front end, the files are deployed to only one server.

I don't know why it is not deployed to all the server.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
