Upgrade command throws ERROR "failed to upgrade SharePoint products"

Hello Team

As i have patched SharePoint 2010 with CU April 2014 and run the following command and get success and failed-

Success: PSConfig.exe -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b -wait

Failed: PSConfig.exe -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b -force -cmd applicationcontent -install -cmd installfeatures with below error and IIS stopped working and SharePOint Services including Web Analytics Service during this failed- 

"Sending a task driver stop event: TaskDriverEventArgs.EventCriticalityType error, TaskDriverEventArgs.EventType.stop, Configuration of SharePoint Products failed.  Configuration must be performed before you use SharePoint Products. Check the logs" Once i check the logs i found above message.
