Install SharePoint 2010 SP2 & CU partially

Hi,

because my sharepoint environment are quite big, can I update the SP in halfway and continue tomorrow ? example I have 2 WFE + 2 Apps + 1 FAST search.

Can I deploy the update today 1 WFE + 1 Apps and run Configuration Wizard. Then want to deploy rest of the server tomorrow ?
