Cannot find cmdlet New-SPStateServiceApplication

Hi,

While trying to enable the Service State application in Sharepoint Foundation 2010 and following the instructions on technet, I get a CommandNotFoundException on the New-SPStateServiceApplication cmdlet (and all State Service related cmdlets as well). I have a fairly big number of SP specific cmdlets available though.

Shouldn't these be part of a default Sharepoint installation ?
