SharePoint 2010 configuration

Hi all,

I am a newbie of SharePoint and need a help from all of you. 

When I click on the SP configuration, it doesn't go to the page that allows to choose "Connect to an existing server farm" or "Create a new server farm". Is it the Stand-alone version? If yes, it weird that the SQL is not the Express version.

The SQL installed on that server is the full version of SQL Server 2008. Is it possible if we can move the stand-alone to farm?
