SharePoint Diagnostic 2010 - Access to the path denied

Followed this:

but when I try to create a new project I'll get this error: 

Access to the path '\\SERVERNAME\C$\Users\<MyAdminAccount>\AppData\Local\Temp' is denied.

How do I resolve this?
