Critical error 5553 and 5555

Hi

Recently I have found error log contain two critical errors but still I’m not successful to find solution. Following are the event log errors

Event ID 5553

failure trying to synch site af123d12-795e-4df5-b207-2b0d2defea9a for ContentDB 38a854fe-02a8-479c-8733-4be1a04d543b WebApp 41ab2caf-d8fc-40b5-a023-41a4187ea2ab

 All profiles failed to update. Failing site so we can try again later

Event ID 5555

Failure trying to synch web application 7d6fdd02-dae0-43e7-829c-d9303ef078b6, ContentDB 93752cc8-9e96-4f98-bb26-987b63c57657

Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.UserProfileApplicationNotAvailableException: No User Profile Application available to service the request. Contact your farm administrator. at Microsoft.Office.Server.Administration.UserProfileApplicationProxy.get_ApplicationProperties() at Microsoft.Office.Server.Administration.UserProfileApplicationProxy.get_PerfmonInstanceHandle() at Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.ContentDBSynchronizer..ctor(ELogType logType, SPContentDatabase cdb, SPJobState jobState) at Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.WSSProfileSyncJob.Execute()

Due to this some of the mysite users details not updated and some ones profile page also missing. Please help to get this in to normal
