Cannot login to Sharepoint site

Hi, I have a single sharepoint site (Foundation 2010). The server is a member of the domain.

The site administrator can login with no problem, but if I add either a domain user or domain group to the Members group users still cannot login, gets the standard sharepoint access denied error.

What am I missing?
