How to add AD user into UPS via user profile using powershell script ?

Hello,

I have list of 10 AD User details what I require to add into SHarePoint UPS.

Can anyone please provide to add and update AD users into SharePoint ?

Note : Sync service is currently down and need instant solution to add AD users into UPS
