Additional Front End Server to decommission the old one

Hi, 

We have a SP 2010 Setup as shown below :

1. SPSERVER - (FE Server with CA, as well as the main web application. Node name is SPSERVER1 but also accepting http://SPSERVER as the URL)

2. SPDB (Database Server running on SQL 2008 R2)

Now we would like to decommission the server (SPSERVER1) but before doing that introduce the new server SPSERVER2 and eventually change the URLS to point to the new server SPSERVER2 where SPSERVER and SPSERVER2 point to the same server

CA is already running one the new server. However how do I ensure the following also work properly :

1. Search (Its currently running on (SPSERVER1)

2. UPA (I think this is working out of the box)

3. Primary Web application also needs to work with the new server along with some existing workflows.
