Hi,
I have both a development and production farm, they both consist of a single WFE running SharePoint 2010 enterprise and a seperate SQL 2008R2 box. It appears that previously someone had installed PerformancePoint onto them both and then removed the sites and disabled PerformancePoint at the site collection.
In trying to turn up the feature, I made sure that the Performance point service is turned on at the Farm level as well as the service app is configured correctly.
At the site collection level I ensured that the publishing feature was turned on but when I try to enable the PerformancePoint feature I get the following error message:
The field with Id
{9cdc5c49-b00d-4224-925f-b5443e27555e} defined in feature
{f45834c7-54f6-48db-b7e4-a35fa470fc9b} was found in the current site collection
or in a subsite.
I've looked through all of my sites in the collection to no avail.
So far I've uninstalled the service application along with it's db, reinstalled the PerformancePoint sa in Central Admin, and verified it's settings and once again I receive the exact same error message. This is happening on both my dev and production farms. I can only think someone had removed the sites and there are residual references to the guid listed above in my sharepoint_config db.
I've searched both the 14 hive and used a powershell script to search my site collections for the field ID listed above, both searches turn up nothing.
Can anyone lead me in the right direction to get this working?
Thanks in advance.
